I am updating my review and giving them another star after ordering regularly for the past months. I was critical of them in the beginning in noticing that the quality of the food I ordered was often inconsistent. Seemed things were better during the week days than what they did during the weekends. I have tried a number of items on the menu. My former review and 3 star rating reflected how I found this place to be. After being a customer for the past months though my review has changed. Lately the food I order on the weekends has been well prepared. I still find they do better during the week days whoever is in charge then but the quality of what I order on Sat and sunday has improved. I also find the website and online ordering option they have is convenient and using it they give a 10$ credit for every 100$ spent. I can use that to order my lunches earlier in the day and forget about it. I enjoy their boston special pizzas. Im not going to go on about all I ordered. They do a good pan pizza. I you order online ask that they toast your cheese steak. just I find its better when they do that. So yeah, I would totally recommend this place and they do a pretty darn good job and it is now my go to place in Bala Cynwyd I order from now. Its just nice getting that 10$ credit for the Boston style reward points makes me better about all the money I spend there. ha

For a pizza place this is not bad. Better than Toni ronis which is near by. Their chef and Greek salads are large and tasty. Dressings are very good. Their pizza is questionably Bostonian but it is good. Kids will love it and grown ups will be ok with it too.

This place used to be good, but unfortunately it switched owners two years ago and it has gotten progressively worse since then. The cheese is rubbery as is the crust and the overall flavor is bland. I've been meaning to write a review about Boston Style for awhile, but after receiving a terrible pizza tonight, I had to do it. I ordered a simple plain pie for pick-up and went to pick it up 10 mins later. It was ready when I got there, but when I got it home it was cold and looked like it had been sitting for a long time, certainly not the 10 minutes since I ordered. Really disappointing. I will think twice about continuing to punish myself with bad pizza just because it's close.

This isn't Boston pizza per se but I'll take(or rather eat) it. The pizza and sandwiches here are pretty good, and it's a friendly neighborhood place that is convenient if you live in the area. The crust is perfectly crispy without tasting too doughy or like a pita chip, and the sauce is nice and robust. Try the pepperoni or sausage if you like the traditional, but they also have a great Hawaiian and BBQ chicken. The hoagies here are also very fresh and they never skimp on the ingredients.

We have ordered from Boston Style Merion Pizza several times. For the most part, the food is good. Unfortunately, more than half of the time, they either make a mistake on the order, with the delivery, or are simply rude when answering the phone. They have filled orders incorrectly, not delivered food that was ordered (requiring me to call back to have it delivered), guaranteed me a discount on a future order for a mistake made on a previous order but not honored that promise, changed their policies erratically on how food can be ordered, and in general do not seem to really care for providing any sort of quality customer service. If there were any other options nearby for similar food, I wouldn't readily purchase it from them instead. As long as you're willing to put in the work and effort of dealing with them and are also fine with being treated poorly, then the food is fine.

Before I moved to west coast and San Francisco, I used to order PIZZA here all the time. Their pepperoni pizza is delicious! The crust is super yummy and it tastes amazing!! Their steak cut french fries are also superb. The owner is also very nice. I was double charged ones and she was able to credit me back at no inconvenience.

In our neck of the woods (North Shore of Boston) we call this type of pizza greek. The dough is more on the puffy side, rather than the doughy side and the cheese kinda floats on top of a layer of sauce. Now, I'm not saying it's bad, I can go for a good greek pizza, but I gotta be expecting it. So overall, it was okay, good for greek pizza even. Delivery was fast.

Pizza is heavy, doughy... We like the tuna salad, but since this is a pizza place, I can only give it two starts. The folks are friendly, and prices are average. Again - if you're looking for a good tuna sandwich - that's your place. For pizza? I'd try other places.

I've been taking out or getting delivery from Boston Style for years. They have a great menu that offers a lot of variety. They use Boars Head cold cuts for their hoagies, they have great pasta and pizza, and their cheesesteaks are really good. The quality of their pizza toppings are... top notch, lol. I love their pepperoni pizza. A small pizza, a cheesesteak, and an order of fries is a meal more than enough for 2 average sized people.

Solid pizza and sandwiches. It's menu is the cornerstone of my takeout menu stack and sits proudly at the top, dogeared and creased, until dutifully replaced next season with a crisp, updated version. The BBQ Chicken pizza is excellent. Cheesesteaks are good, although not exactly generous in size. The pizza is always good, with a crisp, good-to-hold crust. It has nothing to do with the artistic flatbread that plagues "modern" pizza shops; nor any thick, greasy parody of deep dish; but a true, crispy, tasty crust.

A good place for us to get a bite to eat on a rainy Tuesday afternoon about 5pm. She got the cheesesteak and a soda and I got a small Greek Style Pizza. She told me that the cheesesteak was "not bad; it's just missing something". The pizza was very tasty (spinach, feta, mushrooms, tomatoes, and a little bit of garlic). The place is tiny and much better suited for take-out or delivery. We were the only ones there. The cheesesteak came out about 5 mins or so before the pizza (I hate it when they do that). All in all, not bad but I'll probably just get it delivered next time. Price: $18

I think Boston style pizza is pretty good. I'm not the biggest fan of their pizza (I prefer Bravo pizza down the street) but I definitely wouldn't pass it up or anything. Usually when I order from there I order the buffalo chicken wrap, which is amazingly good- I like it because the chicken is actually crispy! But just beware if you don't like spicy stuff because the sauce is way spicy! It would also be better if the chips weren't stale virtually every time I ordered from there.

This is our neighborhood go-to place for pizza, cheesesteaks, & hoagies. Everything is fresh and tasty and they are efficient with delivery or pick up. I recommend the cheesesteak, mushroom chicken cheesesteak, Italian hoagie, gyro pizza, and greek salad..

Great cheesesteaks and cheese fries-the bread is always fresh and tasty though it use a bit more meat and cheese. Not greasy at all! I look forward to coming here everytime I come home to visit my parents. I live in No. VA and there is no "real" cheesesteak up here. If they don't use Amoroso or South Philly rolls-forget it! The other subs and pizza are good too.
